Moscato d'Asti Docg

This enticing dessert wine is born from Moscato Bianco grapes, an indigenous variety that grows best in south/southwest facing vineyards in the Asti district. Thanks to our vineyard’s perfect exposition, we obtain grapes rich in aromas and elaborate sugars that create an extraordinary wine, softly sweet and uniquely complex.

After a rigorous selection, the grapes are crushed and pressed, the resulting must then stored at 0° C in refrigerated vats. Thanks to this process we preserve the intense, attractive aromas of the Moscato Bianco grapes before fermentation in pressurized tank (Charmat Method). The result is a clean and beautiful, seductively sweet wine with complex aromas from the vineyard soils of Asti, Moscato’s ancestral home. Pale straw yellow in color, our Moscato is a wine with an intense bouquet peculiar to the Moscato grapes and our vineyards. Orange blossoms, honeysuckle, fresh white peaches, and more, the aromas are big part of the Moscato d’Asti experience. Delicately sweet, the aromatic characteristics follow through on the palate.
